  • Offer secure online access to real-time financial data, documents, and reports with customizable dashboards.

Bookkeeping services provide accurate, tax-compliant financial tracking, multi-property reporting, and trust account reconciliation to ensure transparency, scalability, and operational efficiency for property managers and investors.

1st Tier

  • Deliver consolidated and property-specific profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for investors managing multiple units or LLCs. 
  • Reconcile backlogged accounts, correct misclassified transactions, and digitize legacy records for properties with disorganized financial histories.  

2nd Tier

  • Monitor and document monthly or quarterly profit distributions to owners, including detailed breakdowns of net income, reserves, and reinvestments. 
  • Provide real-time visibility into key financial KPIs such as NOI, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, and occupancy ROI. 

3rd Tier

  • Ensure compliance by reconciling bank statements, owner ledgers, and tenant security deposits with full audit trails. 
  • Offer quarterly financial reviews with tax optimization strategies, including entity structuring, deductible timing, and passive activity loss guidance.
